My family and I had a wonderful experince in Noth and Central Vietnam. The service provider, Liily’s Travels’ is a team that believes in excellance. The whole team works with passion and their motto is delighting the customers. This cannot be done without proper training. The credit should go to the top management for excellent human resource management and team bulilding efforts.
All the young ladies, Mina,Mia,Doris and Oris are vital cogs in the wheel, to take the company to aother level of excellence in the future.

The staff at TravelByHuman Agency are ambassadors for everything that is wonderful about Vietnam. For anyone who is travelling solo, or perhaps cautious about scams or being ripped off, they could not be in safer hands. I recently spent 4 weeks as a volunteer in Northern Vietnam, had done my homework on where I wanted to go beforehand and decided to investigate TheHuman’s after reading the glowing reviews. They are all TRUE. If only there was a TheHuman’s in every capital city around the globe. They are genuine, knowledgeable, helpful and could not do more to give foreigners a good impression of their country. On one occasion I found myself lost in Hanoi, just near their office. They recognised me, invited me in for a cold drink (and a banana!), and called me an uber-bike to get me home (making sure I paid local not tourist rates). They weren’t trying to sell me a trip, they were just extending the hand of friendship. Precious.
